George Gatheru joined EBAC as CFO in December 2008. He is a career accountant with many years of experience in both for profit and non-profit organizations in the Bay Area.

He last worked at an agency that provides services to children and adults with disabilities. Before that he worked at an agency that provides housing to seniors. Prior to that he worked for several high tech companies in the Bay area including Leapfrog, Berkeley Systems and Netopia-Farallon.

A long time resident of Oakland and Berkeley, he graduated with a bachelors degree in business administrationfrom Holy Names University.
