Kulwant is EBAC's Director of Finance, MIS and operations. He has over 15 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, forecasting and planning, budgeting, strategic planning. Kulwant also has expertise with governmental agencies and with Medi-Cal regulations. In a previous position, Kulwant was responsible for raising $2.9 million in public bond financing for capital improvements.

Kulwant earned a BS in accounting from San Francisco State University and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
