Prior to joining EBAC, Laura held a variety of Human Resource Management positions in both for profit and non-profit companies over the last 15 + years. Most recently she has held the following positions for non-profit agencies in the Bay Area: Vice President of Human Resources for Planned Parenthood Golden Gate, Director of Human Resources for the Institute on Aging and Director of Human Resources for Edgewood Center for Children and Families.

Her professional expertise includes Human Resources management, employee and labor relations, benefits administration, organizational change management and training.

A life long Oakland resident, she graduated from Oakland Public Schools and attended San Francisco State University and Cal State Hayward.
