Charlotte Moore
Charlotte Moore, former Director of EBAC's Oakland Day Treatment Program
is the Director of our School and Community Based Services. Charlotte joined EBAC in 2004 where she managed all operations of a therapeutic milieu treatment program for severely emotionally disturbed children.
Prior to joining EBAC, Charlotte was affiliated with the Peninsula Family YMCA in San Mateo, CA for six years. While at the YMCA, she was Clinical Supervisor and later directed all operations of non-profit family therapy for the agency. Charlotte also maintained a private clinical practice for many years.
As Director of School and Community programs, Charlotte has oversight responsibilities for EBAC’s three family resource centers (located in Oakland
and Fremont), Circle of Care – Grief and Illness Support program, PALS (Prevention and Life Support) school counseling services, Child Assault Prevention Training Center (CAP), and EBAC’s Prevention Mental Health Program.
Charlotte has a BA from California State University, Hayward and MA from San Francisco State University, she is also a CAMFT Certified Supervisor.
